Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical/IT project delivery (MOE).
• Preferably experience in a Retail or Supply Chain environment.
• Experience managing complex technical/IT delivery projects.
• Budget management skills.
• Experience running steering committees.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management/executives.

Responsabilités

• Project leadership: Manage the entire project while meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Ensure budget monitoring and cost optimization.
• Organize and lead steering committees.
• Monitor risks and implement associated mitigation plans.
• Oversee deliverables and ensure their quality.
• Coordination: Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure collaboration among the project's various stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces with other projects within the program.
• Prepare and secure production releases.
• Business support: Understand users' operational challenges.
• Support teams through change management initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
