Servier France is seeking a Senior IT & Digital Contract Manager to drive contract strategy across IT projects from sourcing to renewal. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, legal and project teams to protect interests and optimize value in a dynamic, international environment.

You will ensure robust governance, identify risks, and lead negotiations on IT service agreements, SaaS licences and outsourcing arrangements.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Law, Digital Law or Contract Law.
• A certification or specialised training in Contract Management would be an advantage.
• Academic or professional experience in an international environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the contract strategy suited to project objectives and advise during tendering, RFPs and negotiations.
• Structure and secure contractual arrangements (framework agreements, service agreements, licences, cloud, SaaS, etc.).
• Ensure governance, deliverables, SLAs, penalties and financial commitments are respected.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, financial, operational and regulatory risks.
• Lead amendments, changes and dispute resolution with stakeholders.
