Servier seeks a Senior Contract Manager to support strategic IT programmes through the contract lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to renewal. You will partner with business, procurement, finance and legal teams to protect the company’s interests in a complex international environment.

• Master's degree in Business Law or related field with emphasis on contract management.
• Experience in international IT/digital contracts and procurement projects preferred.
• Certification or specialised training in contract management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define contract strategy aligned with project objectives and support tendering and negotiations.
• Oversee contract execution, governance, milestones, SLAs and financial commitments.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, financial and regulatory risks.
• Lead renewal, reversibility, and transition arrangements and support dispute resolution.
