LVMH Métiers d’Art is seeking an Internal Control Officer based in Paris to design, implement, and monitor internal controls across the organisation. You will lead risk assessments, support compliance initiatives and drive remediation actions with a focus on governance and ERP processes.

The role reports to the Head of Risk, Internal Control & Compliance and involves frequent travel. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with Italian/Spanish/Portuguese as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, internal control or risk management.
• Experience in international industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Italian/Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the overall internal control framework and policies; ensure consistency across entities.
• Act as trusted advisor to operations to strengthen controls, mitigate risks and improve performance.
• Lead risk assessments and remediation actions; monitor follow-up and reporting.
• Administer the ERICA internal control tool and drive periodic assessment campaigns.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a strong control environment and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and facilitate audit processes.
