Arrive is seeking a Head of Government and Professional Institutional Relations to lead our public affairs agenda in France and at the EU level. You will represent the group before government bodies, promote our urban mobility mission, and defend Arrive’s long-term interests.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, diplomacy, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build trusted relationships with officials, authorities, and industry federations, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in government relations or institutional representation within France (and exposure to EU bodies).
• Proven track record in navigating public administration and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Legal and Public Affairs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with public authorities and industry bodies.

Responsabilités

• Represent Arrive before French government bodies and European federations.
• Promote Arrive’s contributions to economic activity and urban mobility.
• Present regulatory needs and strategic goals to authorities.
• Lead or participate in working groups shaping policy positions.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs and Legal teams to align messaging.
