Job summary

Talents Banque Assurance is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across international entities. You will partner with the CFO and senior management on strategic analyses and process improvements.

Ideal candidate has 5-7 years in financial services, strong IFRS/FR GAAP knowledge, and fluent English; French/Italian is a plus. This role focuses on accurate reporting and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance or related field.
5-7 years in finance, ideally Big 4 or asset management.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Fluent English; French or Italian a plus.
Strong accounting with IFRS and French GAAP knowledge.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections and management reporting for the firm and its international entities.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closings with local accountants, auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the financial reporting of foreign subsidiaries and ensure consistency, reliability and timely delivery across jurisdictions.
Support consolidation work, intercompany flows, transfer pricing documentation and related follow-up.
Contribute to fund and management company reporting, including financial, regulatory and investor-related materials where relevant.
Act as a finance business partner to the CFO and senior management on ad-hoc analyses, strategic projects and operational improvements.
Help improve finance processes, tools and controls to support the firm’s continued international development.
