Job summary

Alan seeks a Finance & Strategy professional to steer the business plan and performance across the company. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic bets into credible, funded plans that drive growth and efficiency.

You will own financial planning, monitoring, and high-impact initiatives, including procurement, pricing, and potential partnerships, while collaborating with Investor Relations and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in management consulting, investment banking, or similar at a top tech scale-up
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong interest in collaborating with other teams to understand operations
• Experience in Sales, Operations, or Insurance
• Experience defining metrics to monitor performance
• Experience working with C-level executives
• Hands-on delivery of end-to-end projects
• Thrives in high-intensity environments

Responsibilities

• Build our business plan to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and operating leverage.
• Monitor financial and operational performance; produce monthly deep-dives with Finance.
• Drive high-impact initiatives (procurement tool, pricing) and explore options (M&A, partnerships).
• Support investors relations and financing; prepare Board meetings and external communications.
• Build and improve best-in-class planning and performance tooling with Data, Business, and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations to produce monthly performance reports and tackle projects.
