LEACH INTERNATIONAL EUROPE, based in Sarralbe and Niort, seeks a VP Finance & Compliance to join its leadership team. This role blends strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational insight to drive profitability, cash generation and value creation across the business.

You will own the financial agenda, provide rigorous forecasts, challenge senior leaders, and build a high-performance Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Proven track record improving profitability and cash generation.
• Experience partnering with Operations and Sales.

Responsabilités

• Own the financial performance of LEACH INTERNATIONAL EUROPE and provide an actionable view of business performance.
• Drive EBITDA improvement and sustainable profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance management with accuracy and transparency.
• Develop a high-performing Finance organization and partner with leadership on strategic decisions.
