DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks an executive leader to shape and lead the global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy, positioning DSV as a trusted logistics partner for aerospace manufacturers, aviation organizations, defence contractors, MRO providers, and key stakeholders worldwide.

You will define and execute the global strategy for the vertical while driving commercial excellence, customer engagement, and sustainable growth, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within global logistics, Aerospace & Defence, aviation, supply chain, or similarly complex sectors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, quality, security, trade compliance, and risk requirements relevant to the sector.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Defining and leading DSV's global Aerospace & Defence strategy in alignment with our long-term commercial ambitions.
• Driving global revenue growth through strategic account development, customer retention, and new business opportunities.
• Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across aerospace, aviation, defence, and related industries.
• Translating market trends, customer priorities, and industry developments into scalable logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Strengthening DSV's position as a preferred strategic logistics partner within the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem.
• Leading commercial excellence initiatives across enterprise accounts, pipeline development, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with regional leadership teams, divisions, and global functions to ensure consistent execution of the vertical strategy.
• Representing DSV in executive customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and industry forums.
• Driving operational alignment while ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, compliance, and resilience.
• Developing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across regions, divisions, and functions.
