Job summary

Dogwood Industries, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety laws across our manufacturing operations in Everett, WA. You will lead the EHS program, develop policies, and drive a culture of safety with leadership support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in safety within manufacturing or construction, hands-on incident analysis, OSHA 30 certification, and strong communication skills to train teams and coordinate audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a safety representative in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience managing a team.
• Fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Develop safety policies and reports.
• Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Perform safety inspections and audits.
• Coordinate safety trainings.
• Maintain OSHA 300 reporting.
