Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking an Environmental, Safety & Health Technician to support Bremerton and Everett locations. The role focuses on safety compliance for ship repair facilities, including aboard vessels and dry docks, under OSHA and NAVSEA standards.

The technician will ensure regulatory compliance, assist with incident investigations, and coordinate with subcontractors, with emphasis on accurate documentation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as environmental and safety resource for facility and subcontractor personnel in diverse ship repair environments.

Environmental, Safety & Health Technician I,

with knowledge of OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1910, 1915 and NAVSEA Standard Items ;

supporting our Bremerton and Everett, WA locations.

ESH Technician Job Summary:

An ESH Technician serves as an environmental and safety resource for facility and subcontractor personnel working in a variety of industrial fields associated with ship repair. The areas include: on board sea going vessels and ships; industrial shops; dry docks;, etc., ensuring compliance with established Federal OSHA, State OSHA, NAVSEA Standard Items, and Maritime regulations and/or requirements.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or GED certificate or equivalent education and experience.

Experience and Knowledge:

Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Must possess knowledge of OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1910, 1915 and NAVSEA Standard Items.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Maritime Knowledge ()

Knowledge of proper investigating and reporting of incidents.

Strong communicator

Ability to resolve complaints and negotiate with others.
