GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect (CSA) in France to focus on aligning their platform with customers’ business objectives. This strategic position involves building consultative relationships and serving as a trusted advisor, leveraging knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and software capabilities.

The CSA will ensure customer satisfaction and retention, manage customer success plans, and be the liaison for any queries. A strong background in customer success, project management, and fluency in French or German is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or equivalent.
• Ability to travel if needed.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to achieve business outcomes.
• Act as the GitLab liaison for escalation.
• Manage customer success plans.

Connaissances

Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies

Knowledge of the software development life cycle

Understanding of continuous integration and DevSecOps

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Project management experience

Fluent German or French
