Jobtailor in Cannes, France, seeks a CTO-level leader to define and drive the technical vision in line with the business plan. You will oversee IS/IT architectures, security compliance, and technology strategy across the organization.

You will manage teams, champion R&D and POCs, monitor technical KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize resources and modernize infrastructure in a multicultural, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information systems engineering or computer science.
• 10–15 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role in a large organization.
• Fluent English and experience in multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the technical and technology vision aligned with the entity’s business plan.
• Define and oversee target information systems architectures.
• Identify innovations and technological shifts through R&D, technology scouting, and POCs.
• Define technical policies, standards, architectures, and target solutions for infrastructure and security.
• Oversee implementation of guidelines across projects, ensuring security compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
