Job summary

Join L’Oréal as part of the Corporate CSR France team, reporting to the CSR Director and supporting all divisions in their sustainability transformation across France. You will lead initiatives in Product Eco-design & EPR, POSM & Retail decarbonisation, and resource preservation, while coordinating with retailers and internal stakeholders to embed L’Oréal for the Future commitments in daily business.

Qualifications

• Strategic vision and drive to turn sustainability into value creation.
• Strong knowledge of circular economy, refills, POS/retail materials, biodiversity, and water management.
• Ability to rally, engage, and advise stakeholders across divisions.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support all divisions and business units in France in their sustainability transformation.
• Lead the France task force for retail decarbonisation (POSM & Eco-Design Cloud).
• Coordinate decarbonization action plans with Divisions (transport, product catalogue, returns, retail).
• Onboard, engage, and train cross-functional teams to embed commitments in the business.
• Provide deep technical expertise on local CSR challenges (biodiversity, water, sustainable products).
