Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Paris seeks a Client Service Account Manager within the Payments team to maintain top-tier service for a portfolio of Treasury Services clients, guiding a local team and ensuring 100% client satisfaction.

You will build partnerships, act as trusted adviser, promote self-service tools, analyze activities for efficiency, and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Product to deliver solutions. Fluency in English and French is required.

• Strong communication in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• First people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and broadens partnerships with clients; understands clients’ business to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Becomes the clients’ trusted adviser and assists in developing and executing strategic client plans.
• Promotes use of self-service tools to reduce number of client enquiries.
• Analyses payment and associated activities in order to identify efficiencies and cross-sell opportunities.
• Promotes sharing of experience and best practice across the Service team; creates a positive team environment with open communication.
• Participates in and support Treasury Services initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement.
• Develops internal partnerships (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product).
• Identifies and escalates potential risk associated with client activities and record all client interactions.
• Set clear team goals and oversee day-to-day by communicating objectives and setting deadlines; identify training needs and provide coaching.
