Job summary

You will oversee a local team of Client Service Account Managers in Paris and interact with clients on service and operating issues. The role requires strong English and French communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proven client service and leadership experience.

• Supports Treasury Services initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancements.
• Develops internal partnerships (Sales, Operations, Product).
• Records client interactions and escalates potential risks.
• Sets team goals, communicates objectives and deadlines; identifies training needs and coaching.
