Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is seeking a strategic leader for the CISO Office & Transformation Team within Beauty Tech. You will drive governance, performance, and cyber resilience for a global cybersecurity program, reporting to the CISO Office & Transformation Lead.

You’ll shape strategy, manage the portfolio and roadmaps, and embed AI into security while coordinating with senior leaders and international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into executive narratives.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and international teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Frame cybersecurity priorities and executive communications for the Group CISO.
• Shape and implement the cybersecurity strategy addressing AI and resilience.
• Develop high-level papers and briefings for ComEx and the Board.
• Steer the Cybersecurity Portfolio and Roadmap across IT operating models.
• Drive change management and embedding AI in cybersecurity across the org.
• Lead global cybersecurity training and team engagement initiatives.
