EssilorLuxottica is seeking an interim Compensation & Benefits & HR Data Analyst based in Charenton-le-Pont, FR. The role supports the deployment of C&B strategies within Transitions Optical, ensuring data reliability in SAP HCM and driving dashboards.

You will work with HR and managers to run salary increase cycles, bonus objectives, and KPIs, contributing to data quality and reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HR data analytics experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel proficiency including pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Ability to create HR dashboards and reports.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to HR data quality in SAP HCM and related systems.
• Create and update HR dashboards and reports.
• Support compensation and benefits data processes and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with HR teams across EMEA for data-driven insights.
