4flow is seeking a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to grow our footprint in the CPG/FMCG sector. You will develop strategic account plans, engage senior decision-makers, and convert plans into tangible commercial opportunities in close collaboration with our leaders, industry team and marketing.

You will manage a strong pipeline in HubSpot, qualify opportunities, and build trusted relationships to position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) / SDR role or similar.
• Experience selling into the CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable; understanding supply chain and logistics concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers within the CPG/FMCG industry while identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation.
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, leveraging HubSpot to track performance and drive data-informed business development activities.
