NXP Semiconductors in Paris is seeking an experienced OEM Key Account Manager Automotive (f/m/d). You will understand the OEM vision, liaise with NXP business lines, present capabilities and help drive win opportunities across design-in, RFQ support, and long-term programs.

The role offers flexible working hours in the office or at home, a pension plan, company car and mobile phone, and a collaborative, multi-cultural team environment. Travel mainly in Europe, with potential for broader coverage.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business value.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to account strategy and day-to-day execution across engagement, RFQ support, and pipeline visibility.
• Understand customer vision and identify areas where NXP can add value.
• Identify and qualify new design-in and socket opportunities aligned to vehicle platforms.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and program management to translate insights into actions.
• Manage long-term automotive programs across design-in, SOP, production, and lifecycle phases.
• Support RFQs, pricing reviews, and Long-Term Agreements.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with FAEs, product marketing, and engineering to align product positioning with OEM requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain on demand planning and lifecycle management.
