Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, management or accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years in sales administration, procurement or accounts payable.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proficient in SAGE X3 ERP and Excel; comfortable with multiple tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all administrative operations including direct and indirect purchasing and sales administration.
• Lead a team of 6 employees and coach development.
• Ensure efficiency, reliability and compliance of administrative processes.
• Manage supplier onboarding and compliance.
• Supervise purchasing workflow and data integrity.
• Oversee company vehicle fleet and real estate assets.
• Ensure compliance and internal control.
• Understand sales administration (order-to-cash) cycle and contract execution.
• Experience in energy renovation or construction is a plus.
