Stim Studio in Montpellier is seeking an experienced Storyboard Artist for a 9-month on-site contract. You will collaborate with the director and production team to translate scripts into cinematic storyboards and guides for animation.
You will deliver clear shot breakdowns, timing, composition, and character acting, targeting about 2 minutes of finalized storyboard per week. Portfolio demonstrating professional productions is required.

As part of the Stim team, you will work in direct collaboration with the artistic and technical teams, under the supervision of the Director.
Please note: This position is based in Montpellier. On-site presence is mandatory. We are looking for someone who can work directly within our team in Montpellier. Therefore, this position is not open to full remote work.
For the production of an animated series, you will be responsible for storyboarding various sequences, translating script and directorial intent into clear, dynamic, and cinematic staging.
You will focus on the quality of shot breakdowns, composition, character acting, continuity, pacing, and visual storytelling, all while adhering to the artistic direction, established series style, and production constraints. An expected production quota of approximately 2 minutes of finalized storyboard per week is required.
