RETAIL CLUB in Paris is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead a flagship boutique. You will drive commercial performance, coach a team of 5, and ensure a superior client experience, delivering impeccable service and cultivating clienteling initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for luxury retail, and the ability to act as an ambassador for the Maison's identity and values. Mandarin is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong leadership with a results-driven mindset and a passion for client service.
• Excellent coaching and team development skills.
• Mandarin proficiency would be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the boutique’s commercial performance and achieve business objectives


• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 employees


• Ensure an outstanding client experience and consistently deliver impeccable service


• Develop client retention, clienteling and CRM initiatives


• Act as a true ambassador for the Maison, its identity and values

Profile:

• At least 5 years of proven management experience within a luxury or premium fashion brand


• Natural leadership, strong results-driven mindset and a genuine passion for client service


• Excellent coaching and team development skills


• Mandarin proficiency would be a strong asset
