Orion Pharma in Hauts-de-France is seeking a sterile equipment preparation operator to work in our injectable production line, in a highly regulated GMP environment.

You will clean and disinfect equipment, prepare vials, stoppers and loads, operate autoclaves and washers, monitor cycles, and ensure traceability.

The role requires a Bac or CAP with experience in pharma, rigor, organization and reliability, with willingness to work 3x8 shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac or CAP with 2 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Industry experience preferred (pharma, agri-food).
• Rigorous, organized and reliable.
• Ability to work in a demanding, standardized environment.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and disinfection of production equipment.
• Preparation of necessary equipment and items (vials, stoppers, tanks...).

We are recruiting sterile equipment preparation operators to work within our injectable activity, in a demanding and highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Your missions

• Cleaning and disinfection of production equipment
• Preparation of necessary equipment and items (vials, stoppers, tanks...)
• Washing of vials and preparation of loads for sterilization
• Operation of equipment (autoclave, washer...)
• Monitoring of sterilization cycles and associated controls
• Transfer of material to production zones
• Completion of traceability documents (batch records, registers...)
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the zones and waste management

Key position in a sterile environment, requiring rigor, respect for procedures and constant attention to quality.

Environment

• Pharmaceutical production under GMP
• Work in controlled atmosphere zones (ZAC)
• Strict respect for dressing and hygiene rules
• Technical and repetitive activities

Profile sought

• Bac minimum imperative
• or CAP with at least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Ideally a first experience in industry (pharmaceutical, agri-food...)
• Rigor, organization and reliability
• Ability to work in a demanding and standardized environment

Conditions

• Hours: Work in 3x8 teams (morning / afternoon / night)
