Orion Pharma in Hauts-de-France, Arques, is recruiting aseptic filling operators for sterile injectable production. You will perform aseptic filling operations in sterile zones, prepare lines, operate filling lines, autoclaves and laminar flow, and help manufacture injectable suspensions.

Ideal candidates have a Bac +2 (BTS/DUT) or significant pharma/chemical industry experience, and are comfortable in technical, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Must have experience or willingness to work in a sterile environment.
• Ability to operate in a regulated, GMP-compliant setting.
• Comfort with technical and complex equipment and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform aseptic filling operations in sterile zones.
• Prepare production lines (assembly, connections, filtration).
• Operate equipment (filling lines, autoclaves, laminar flow).
• Manufacture of injectable suspensions (weighing, preparation, implementation).
• Conduct in-process controls and monitor parameters.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and areas.
• Complete batch records ensuring traceability and GMP compliance.

We are recruiting aseptic filling operators as part of the reinforcement of our injectable production activities, within a demanding sterile pharmaceutical environment.

Your main missions

• Performance of aseptic filling operations (sterile zones)
• Preparation of production lines (assembly, connections, filtration...)
• Operation of equipment (filling lines, autoclaves, laminar flow...)
• Manufacture of injectable suspensions (weighing, preparation, implementation)
• In-process controls and parameter monitoring
• Cleaning and disinfection of equipment and areas
• Completion of batch records (traceability, GMP compliance)

Position in a pharmaceutical environment under GMP, requiring rigor, precision and respect for procedures.

Profile sought

• Bac +2 minimum (type BTS/DUT scientific or technical)

OR significant first experience in pharmaceutical, chemical industry

• Ease with technical and regulated environments
• Rigor, ability to concentrate and respect for instructions
• Appetite for working in a sterile environment

Conditions

• Temporary mission up to 18 months
• Hours: Work in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts depending on the unit (including possible night work)
