Orion Pharma recherche un opérateur de production en environnement GMP pour participer aux différentes étapes de fabrication. Vous préparerez et peserez les matières premières, participerez aux opérations de fabrication et effectuerez des contrôles qualité en cours de procédé.

Le poste nécessite un Bac+2 (ou équivalent) avec 2 années d'expérience industrielle et une rigueur exemplaire. Horaires en 2x8 ou 3x8, avec possibilité de nuits, mission intérimaire renouvelable.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT scientifique ou technique) ou Bac avec au moins 2 années d'expérience dans l'industrie.
• Rigueur, fiabilité et esprit d'équipe indispensable.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant et régulé.

Responsabilités

• Préparer et peser les matières premières et assurer la traçabilité.
• Réaliser les opérations de fabrication (dissolution, homogénéisation, etc.) et contrôler les paramètres du procédé.
• Conduire les opérations de filtration et les contrôles en cours de procédé.
• Nettoyage et désinfection des équipements, participation à des maintenances mineures.

Description du poste

Within the production workshops, you participate in the different stages of manufacturing in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices:

Weighing:

• Preparation and weighing of raw materials
• Verification of compliance and traceability of operations
• Use of computerized weighing equipment
• Cleaning of areas and waste management

Manufacturing:

• Preparation of tanks and equipment
• Carrying out manufacturing operations (dissolution, homogenization...)
• Adjustment and monitoring of parameters (pH, process...)
• Carrying out filtration operations, including sterilizing filtration
• In-process controls (tests, sampling...)

Additionally:

• Cleaning and disinfection of equipment
• Participation in minor maintenance
• Strict compliance with hygiene, dressing rules and quality procedures

Position in a pharmaceutical environment under GMP, requiring rigor, precision and respect for procedures.

Environment

• Work in controlled atmosphere zones (ZAC)
• Handling of technical equipment
• Activities requiring organization, concentration and respect for instructions

Profile sought

• Bac +2 minimum (type BTS/DUT scientific or technical)
• OR Bac with minimum 2 years of experience in industry (ideally pharmaceutical)
• Ideally a first experience in an industrial environment
• Rigor, reliability and team spirit
• Ability to work in a demanding and regulated environment

Conditions

• Interim mission (several possible durations): until the end of the year or up to 18 months
• Rapid start
• Hours: Work in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts depending on the unit (including possible night work)
