Orion Pharma in France is seeking packaging operators to support the secondary packaging of injectable products and to perform visual inspection (mirage) in a strict GMP environment.

You will prepare lines, operate labelers, cartoners and scales, supply packaging items, and perform in-process controls. A Bac or CAP with significant pharma experience is required, with emphasis on rigor, concentration and reliability for repetitive tasks. Applicants must be able to work in shifts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare lines and verify line clearance.
• Operate equipment (labelers, cartoners, scales) and supply packaging items.
• Perform in-process controls and clean areas.
• Pack items into boxes, cartons and pallets; organize shipments.
• Visually inspect vials for defects and perform basic integrity checks.
• Work in GMP environment with repetitive tasks.

Description du poste

We are recruiting packaging operators to work on the secondary packaging of injectable products as well as visual inspection (mirage), within a demanding pharmaceutical environment.

Your missions

Packaging

• Preparation of lines and verification of line clearance
• Implementation of equipment (labelers, cartoners, scales…)
• Supply of packaging items (labels, cases, leaflets…)
• Performance of in-process controls
• Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the cleanliness of the areas

Packaging

• Placing in boxes, cartons and pallets
• Product identification and palletization
• Preparation of shipments

Visual inspection (mirage)

• Visual control of vials (defect detection)
• Performance of integrity tests

About 3 hours per day are dedicated to visual inspection, in a seated position, requiring concentration and precision.

Environment

• Pharmaceutical production under GMP
• Position requiring rigor, respect for procedures and precise gestures
• Repetitive work in a controlled environment

Profile sought

• Bac minimum imperative or CAP with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ideally first experience in industry (pharma, agri-food…)

Conditions

• Temporary mission until the end of the year or up to 18 months

Hours

• Work in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts depending on the unit (including possible night work)
• Availability for all these hours is essential
