Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the location with independent responsibility.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site in collaboration with central departments.
• Coordinate vehicle returns, handovers and vehicle preparation to optimize processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with international roadsurfer stations to drive improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, plan tasks, and ensure quality across the on-site team.
• Oversee fleet management, documentation, maintenance, and liaison with service partners.
• Advise customers on products and services and ensure a positive experience.
