Hôpital Privé Sud Corse à Ajaccio recherche un(e) infirmier(ère) pour fournir des soins complets aux patients. Ce poste offre un cadre de travail dynamique et multidisciplinaire. Les débutants sont les bienvenus avec un programme de soutien personnalisé. • Participer à la qualité des soins en collaboration avec l'équipe médicale.

Description du poste

Depending on the department to which you are assigned, you will be required to :

• Providing comprehensive care for patients, from admission to discharge.
• Carrying out prescribed nursing care as part of your own role.
• Monitoring patients' clinical condition and anticipating risk situations.
• Participating in the continuity and quality of care in conjunction with the medical and paramedical team.
• Contributing to the traceability and safety of care.
• Supporting patients and their families with professionalism and kindness.

Specific features depending on the department:

• Ambulatory These include the management of patients for short treatments or procedures, and follow-up and education before and after the procedure.
• Surgery Pre- and post-operative care, pain management and post-surgery monitoring.
• Medicine: Management of a variety of pathologies, clinical and educational follow-up.
• USC These include close supervision, technical care and working closely with doctors.

Profile required

• Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing
• Beginners welcome Structured support and training are provided from the moment you take up your new post.
• Organisational skills, professional rigour and a taste for teamwork
• Ability to adapt to different departments and different situations varied working patterns (day/night)
• Sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills and commitment to patient care
