Description du poste

As a Nursing assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting patients on a daily basis - Help with washing, dressing, mobility and support with meals.
• Participating in comfort and hygiene care - Preventive care, nappy changes, safe seating, monitoring of general condition.
• Monitor patients and report any abnormalities - transmission of observations to nurses and doctors.
• Assisting care teams with technical care - preparation and assistance with dressings, taking vital signs, simple care under supervision.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the department - Tidying up and maintaining equipment, replenishing stocks, helping to keep things clean and organised.

Specific features by department

• Ambulatory - Helping to welcome and prepare patients for short treatments or procedures, after-care follow-up and caring support.
• Surgery and Medicine - Daily assistance to patients and support for nursing teams.
• USC - These include close monitoring of patients, assistance with comfort care and rapid transmission of observations.
