Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Startups Portfolio Growth Manager in AWS Startups EMEA to drive enterprise startup partnerships across the portfolio. You will connect startups with enterprises, consulting firms, SI partners, and corporate venture arms to land first enterprise engagements and expand partner access to new technology.

You will own the full lifecycle of cross-functional partnerships, shape go-to-market strategies, and translate feedback into actionable programs and deals that deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales/business development or customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
• Business development or ecosystem roles connecting technology companies to Enterprise companies.
• Fluency in French and English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with enterprises, consulting firms, corporate venture capital arms, and system integrators, becoming the go-to contact for startup innovation on AWS and designing partnership frameworks.
• Identify which startups in the AWS portfolio are market-ready and facilitate introductions, co-build opportunities, and joint go-to-market motions between startups and enterprise partners.
• Map enterprise industries to uncover where innovation gaps exist, and position AWS startups to fill them via business reviews and pipeline development.
• Coordinate with APN, Global System Integrators, and ISVs to align startup positioning with broader partner strategies and collaborate with venture teams on co-investment opportunities.
• Own forecasting, planning, and reporting on partnership impact, tracking actuals against targets and mentoring team members.
