Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect for Startups in France. You will work with startup customers to design cloud-native architectures, guide technical decisions, and help them achieve business outcomes using AWS services.

You will collaborate with the Startup Solutions Architecture team to produce reference architectures, share best practices, and educate customers through workshops and events, while growing your expertise across technology domains and industry verticals.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.
• Experience of Software, Systems or Data Design.
• Background in Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture or DevOps.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
• Own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor.
• Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the AWS platform.
• Create and capture best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
• Evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).
• Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching and mentoring others.
