Linklaters recrute des étudiant(e)s en droit pour un stage de six mois au sein du Département Propriété Intellectuelle/Technologies, Médias et Télécommunications à Paris.
Vous travaillerez aux côtés des avocats dans les litiges de brevets et de marques et participerez à la négociation et rédaction de contrats relatifs à la propriété intellectuelle, y compris des accords de licence, transfert de technologie et coexistence.
Le Département Propriété Intellectuelle/Technologies, Médias et Télécommunications serait heureux d’accueillir au sein de son équipe Propriété Intellectuelle des étudiant(e)s pour un stage d’études de six mois de janvier à juin 2028. Notre équipe intervient sur des litiges complexes, notamment en droit des brevets et des marques. Elle a également développé une expertise pointue en matière de conseil et assiste notamment ses clients dans la négociation et la rédaction de tout type de contrats relatifs à la propriété intellectuelle, y compris dans le cadre d’opérations de fusion-acquisition (contrats de licence, de transfert de technologie, de recherche et développement, accords de coexistence, contrat de sponsoring, etc.). Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité de travailler dans tous les domaines de la propriété intellectuelle, et dans des secteurs très variés (santé, télécommunications, luxe, automobile, mode, produits de grande consommation, sport, etc.). Le stage que nous proposons vous permettra d'être complètement intégré à notre équipe (vous partagerez le bureau d’un avocat) et à nos activités. Nous vous offrons ainsi une expérience professionnelle diversifiée, motivante et formatrice.
Votre profil : Étudiant(e) en Droit (Elève avocat, Master 2 en droit de la propriété intellectuelle), vous avez de préférence déjà effectué un stage en cabinet/entreprise et avez un très bon niveau d’anglais. Votre esprit d'équipe, et votre sens de l'initiative joueront un rôle déterminant dans votre intégration et votre évolution au sein de notre cabinet.
