Job summary

We are seeking a Junior Category Manager to join Coty X Sephora Europe, shaping beauty strategy across Europe with Coty Prestige brands. This is a unique, direct pan-European role with Sephora's leading retailer.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, analyse performance, develop merchandising plans, manage budgets, and support in-store execution to drive growth in France and across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (native or C2) and English (B2).
• Good command of Microsoft Office basics (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Rigorous, curious, analytical with strong interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in retail and the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, ranking, competition).
• Develop merchandising plans for Sephora stores across Europe.
• Manage annual promotional budget and product range selection.
• Monitor stock issues and alert Sephora when necessary.

• Monitor the competitive landscape.

As Junior Category Manager, you shape Sephora Europe's beauty strategy alongside Coty's iconic brands. No other Junior Category Manager role offers such direct, pan-European impact with beauty's leading retailer.

Responsibilities

As our JUNIOR CATEGORY MANAGER - COTY X SEPHORA EUROPE, you are a full member of the Sephora Europe sales team, ensuring that Coty Prestige's strategy at Sephora is properly implemented across Europe, and particularly in France.

Your main focus :

• Analyzing performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, ranking, competition)
• Developing merchandising plans for Sephora stores across Europe
• Managing the annual promotional budget and product range selection
• Monitoring stock issues and alerting Sephora when necessary
• Tracking trade plans and ensuring their proper in-store execution
• Conducting store checks and providing in-store support to ensure execution excellence
• Monitoring the competitive landscape
• Supporting the account's administrative management

YOU ARE A COTY FIT FOR THIS JOB
