Job summary

Coty is offering a 6-month internship in Digital Shelf Excellence Europe starting January 2027. You will support content optimization for major brands across EU e-retailers, working under the Digital Shelf Excellence EU manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating market briefs, overseeing content agency output, and ensuring on-time, high-quality content implementation across platforms. Hybrid working model and exposure to PIM/DAM tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
• Solid organizational, time-management and attention to detail skills.
• Clear and confident communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to take ownership with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Curious, creative and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in beauty.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.

INTERN / DIGITAL SHELF EXCELLENCE EUROPE

6 months internship from January 2027

Join COTY and play an active role in accelerating the online growth of our iconic Prestige and Consumer Beauty brands like adidas, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Calvin Klein. Working within our eRetail team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience optimizing product content across the EU region’s top e‑retailers.

MISSION

As our Digital Shelf Excellence Europe Intern, you play a critical role in driving content optimization and enhancing digital shelf excellence across key EU e‑retailers such as Amazon, Douglas, Notino and other leading e‑retailers.

You will be reporting to Digital Shelf Excellence EU manager, and you will support the Content Excellence team in delivering best‑in‑class content:

• Coordination with markets : gather assortment information per retailer from the markets - especially the new launches - and brief the content agency accordingly
• Content optimization: manage the day‑to‑day output of the content agency, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery as well as regular content updates and optimizations
• Content implementation: oversee content quality to ensure relevant and on‑time content is delivered and implemented across e‑retailers

All the above requires:

• assisting with day‑to‑day coordination of timelines and priorities
• working with tools such as PIM and DAM
