Since its inception in 1969 in Limoges, France, and as part of the LVMH Group since 1997, Sephora has been disrupting the prestige beauty retail industry. Today, Sephora continues to break with convention to drive its mission: champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty.

With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
  • Provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across a European scope, assisting in the preparation and follow-up of annual negotiations and commercial agreements.

  • Take charge of the practical coordination of meetings and key team events: room booking, preparation of meeting spaces, coordination of visitor access, invitation follow-ups, verification of logistical needs, and support for necessary connections or tools.
  • Streamline the team’s daily workflow by handling minor operational, administrative, and logistical requests that require rigor, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset.
  • Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of negotiated agreements, guaranteeing the smooth circulation of documents, compliance with deadlines, and the reliability of shared information.
  • Contribute to the management of negotiation documents: receipt, filing, and archiving of general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) and pricing, document comparisons, preparation of preliminary review elements, and transmission to the relevant legal contacts.
  • Depending on experience, the opportunity to participate in drafting contractual frameworks and commercial appendices in support of the team, in compliance with negotiation processes and timelines.
  • Act as a cross-functional coordinator for the execution follow-up of agreements: follow-up reminders, status updates, consolidation of approvals, and tracking of signatures.

  • Contribute to handling recurring operational issues in support of the team, notably price disputes, returns, monitoring of declarations, brokerage contract management (mandates), or other business coordination needs.
  • Be a reliable and rigorous support for the BPM team, in a role primarily focused on execution, administration, operational coordination, and management of daily tasks necessary for smooth operations.
  • This position is above all an operational and administrative support role designed to facilitate the daily work of the Brand Partnership team. It is neither an autonomous negotiation role nor a strategic position.
