The Supplier Performance Assistant reports directly to the Head of Sourcing Performance and works closely with the Supplier Performance Manager and the Global Sourcing teams across all sourcing platforms (Asia, Euromed, Americas). This role contributes to the continuous improvement of supplier performance through data analysis, KPI monitoring and scorecard management, strengthening Lacoste’s supplier relationships and acting as a key interface between internal teams and the supplier base across all geographies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational deployment of the Supplier Performance Scorecard across all five supplier tiers (data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting), ensuring on‑time delivery and full scope coverage.
- Design and maintain performance monitoring dashboards (Excel / Power BI) tracking key supplier KPIs (OTP, OTA, quality, CSR) and generate actionable insights for the sourcing teams.
- Support the supplier performance manager to improve the current scorecard processes.
- Analyze suppliers’ data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze suppliers’ performance evolution and consolidate corrective action plans with operational teams.
- Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies and best practices in supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate with CSR global project teams to define Lacoste Durable Elegance KPIs for Tiers 2/3/4.
- Enhance supplier relationship management via the organization of events such as the Supplier Conference and supplier satisfaction surveys.
- Support the definition and implementation of sourcing processes.
- Support contracts and legal documentation management.
Profile
- Engineering school or business school with a supply‑chain / data / operations focus – Master 1 or Master 2 level required. Final‑year internships are welcome.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
