Morpho, a leading DeFi credit protocol, seeks a strategy-focused product leader to decide which markets Morpho pursues and how to pursue them from Paris or remote. You will define market sequencing, size opportunities with data, and push cross-functional execution across protocol, engineering, partnerships, and legal.

Responsibilities include building proofs of concept, aligning with regulatory requirements, and scaling successful models across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets.
• Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working grasp of how credit markets function.
• Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments
• Fast synthesis, with the ability to ramp on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly.
• Team-first mindset, low ego.

Responsabilités

• Own Morpho’s strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity so the team goes after the ones that will gain real traction.
• Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables, using market data and competitive dynamics to decide where Morpho moves first.
• Build and run the process that surfaces what institutions actually need across a range of use cases and industries, so Morpho knows which problems to solve to unlock each loan type.
• Work with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing and legal to decide where Morpho builds and where it partners, then ship multiple zero-to-one loan categories.
• Design and run proof of concepts with new counterparty types, then use the results to scale a proven model across the rest of that market.
• Map the regulatory, compliance and registration requirements attached to each new market and factor them into which opportunities Morpho takes on, and in what order.
