Job summary

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the E-Commerce Web Upper Funnel to lead strategic direction across discovery and exploration on our web platform. Location: Paris or Lille, France, with high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive architecture, align with engineers and UX, own upper funnel metrics, and guide experiments, AI integration, and monetization initiatives to improve organic traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in scale e-commerce, upper funnel, search, or navigation.
• Deep understanding of top-of-funnel mechanics, SEO, taxonomy design, and CRO.
• Strong experience with web analytics, high-traffic experimentation, and OST-based decision making.
• Ability to decompose complex e-commerce catalog, ad-tech, and AI/search problems into MVPs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for upper funnel discovery and engagement across the web platform.
• Lead functional architecture across web squads and ensure alignment with frontend performance and backend APIs.
• Collaborate with global directors, SEO, retail media, and AI leads to align roadmaps and metrics.
• Design and oversee high-volume A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user engagement and conversion.
