Job summary

Decathlon Digital seeks a Staff Product Manager for the Upper Funnel to steer strategic direction and architecture for discovery and exploration on our web platform. You will own the roadmap with cross-functional partners across search, taxonomy, and retail media, driving scalable improvements.

In this role you partner with Staff/Principal Web Engineers and UX designers to optimize Core Web Vitals, performance, and monetization, while exploring AI-enabled experiences and agentic interfaces for

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PM for high-traffic e-commerce (Upper Funnel).
• Deep SEO, site search, taxonomy, and CRO knowledge.
• Strong analytics, experimentation, and OST experience.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for upper funnel discovery and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineers, UX, SEO, and ads teams.
• Own metrics across journey: organic traffic, CTR, conversion, and engagement.
• Lead high-volume A/B and multivariate experiments at scale.
