Job summary

Qonto is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer on our AI Engines team to build and ship customer-facing AI for 600,000+ business customers. You'll combine Generative AI with proven ML techniques to create products with measurable impact—adoption, faster task completion, and higher user satisfaction—while ensuring reliability, privacy, and production monitoring.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deploy models in production, design ML Ops, and scale

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an ML Engineer with ML Ops experience.
• Experience deploying client-facing ML products end-to-end.
• Modelling expertise for external customers.
• Strong Python engineering with production-grade code.
• Fluent in English; working language at Qonto.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models end-to-end from requirements to production.
• Integrate ML into the product ecosystem with cross-functional teams.
• Build ML Ops framework for retraining, drift detection, monitoring.
• Ensure reliability and privacy in production.
• Mentor peers and share best practices.
