Blue Yonder in Paris seeks a Staff AI Engineer to build the foundations for AI-powered products. You will work with model-training teams, data engineers, and product engineers to create services, APIs, and evaluation systems that train, test, deploy, and improve agents in real workflows.

You will own architectural decisions, ensure robust tooling, and drive reproducible, scalable AI deployment across supply chain and retail domains.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong Python and backend engineering expertise, including API design and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or ML platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI evaluation, test-case design, trace analysis, and regression testing.
• Strong fundamentals in code quality, security, observability, CI/CD, and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Architect and build robust software systems for AI agents and production workflows.
• Develop services and pipelines for collecting traces, tool calls, outcomes, and feedback.
• Build evaluation systems using deterministic checks and model-based analysis.
• Create feedback loops between production and training teams to improve models.
• Design training/evaluation environments representing realistic business workflows.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems and domain data.
• Ensure reproducibility across models, tools, and environments.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate experiments into production evidence.
