Blue Yonder is seeking an AI Engineer in France to help build the next generation of AI-powered products within the Autonomy Labs. You will develop agents that operate in real supply chain workflows, work on APIs, evaluation systems, data flows, and deployment environments, with a focus on reliability and tool-driven behavior.

You’ll write Python code, collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams, and contribute to production systems that enable training, testing, and improving AI

Qualifications

• Around three or more years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with backend/API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or data-intensive software.
• Familiarity with tool calling, prompt management, retrieval and orchestration.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: testing, observability, security.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, tools, and integrations for AI agents.
• Contribute to training/evaluation environments and realistic workflows.
• Implement data pipelines for traces, tool calls, outcomes, and feedback.
• Develop automated evaluations for model/agent behavior and regression tests.
• Review traces to identify issues and drive improvements in software and data.
• Collaborate with model-training teams to integrate new models.
