GitGuardian is seeking a Senior SRE Team Lead to drive the reliability and scalability of our SaaS platform. You will lead a 3-person SRE team, align infrastructure with customer SLAs, and own monitoring, security, and on-call operations in a hybrid Paris setup.

You will mentor engineers, define quarterly goals, and collaborate across teams to improve availability, latency, and cost efficiency while upholding security and data compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/computer science.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar management role.
• Strong DevOps mindset with emphasis on observability, automation and data durability.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes ecosystem; Terraform experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC for SaaS products and agile project management with OKRs.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 3-person SRE team and report to the Senior Engineering Manager of the Foundation tribe.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with customer needs and SLOs; deploy and maintain monitoring.
• Drive security standards, SOC2 readiness, and regional data compliance.
• Oversee data management strategies (large-scale storage, databases) and backups.
• Participate in cloud cost optimization and incident response improvements.
• Mentor engineers and define quarterly goals; manage on-call rotations.
