We build the events where the people shaping technology actually meet. Chain of Events runs three of them, all in Paris, all within the same week:
- Signal Week is the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, with roughly 70% holding C-suite positions. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis is that TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
- RAISE Summit is the AI summit for decision‑makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions — over 80% of them C-level, from 76 countries — with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty, and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun, and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq). The week extends well beyond the main stage: the Versailles AI Gala at the Orangerie of the Château de Versailles, the RAISE Hackathon, and RAISE the STAKES, the startup competition that drew 1,100+ applications in 2026.
- MACHINA Summit is Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI — intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, and next‑generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik, and Agility Robotics. It is the fastest‑moving brand in the portfolio and the one with the most white space ahead of it.
In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they will converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week
About the role
This role owns the marketing relationship with Signal Week sponsors and the announcement engine that keeps the audience informed. You will be the person who reads each sponsor contract, translates its marketing commitments into a clear plan, and makes sure every obligation is delivered to specification. Alongside this, you will run sponsor, speaker and community partner announcements across social channels, and send the promotional emails agreed within sponsor contracts.
The position is equal parts client‑facing account management and hands‑on content execution. You will move comfortably between a one‑to‑one conversation with a sponsor about their deliverables and the detail of writing, scheduling and quality‑checking a live announcement.
What you will do
- Read and interpret sponsor and partner contracts, extracting every marketing and communications commitment into a single working tracker.
- Build and maintain a sponsor obligations tracker that maps each commitment to a channel, format, owner and deadline.
- Act as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for sponsors, handling requests one to one and guiding them through what is due, when, and in what format.
- Collect, review and quality‑check sponsor assets such as logos, copy, artwork and links against brand and technical specifications.
- Flag risks early where an obligation is at risk of slipping, and keep internal stakeholders updated on delivery status.
- Reconcile what has been delivered against what was promised at key milestones and ahead of the event, so nothing contractual is missed.
Social media and announcements
- Plan and write sponsor marketing announcements, speaker announcements and community partner announcements for LinkedIn, X and other channels.
- Schedule and publish posts in line with the communications calendar, coordinating timing with sponsors and partners where sign‑off is required.
- Ensure every post follows the Signal Week brand voice and visual system, with correct tagging, links and handles.
- Monitor engagement on announcement posts and respond to comments and queries where appropriate.
- Brief and source the assets each announcement needs, working with designers and video collaborators.
Sponsor communications and email
- Draft and send the promotional emails agreed within sponsor contracts, on the schedule each agreement sets out.
- Coordinate email content and timing with sponsors, securing approval where the contract requires it.
- Keep a clear record of what was sent and when, as proof of delivery against contractual commitments.
Required Skills & Experience
Must‑have
- Strong client‑facing and account management skills, comfortable owning relationships and handling marketing conversations one to one.
- Solid social media knowledge across LinkedIn and X, including writing for a professional or institutional audience.
- Confidence reading contracts and turning commitments into structured, trackable actions.
- Excellent written English and a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly organised, able to manage many deliverables and deadlines across multiple sponsors at once.
Nice to have
- Experience in events, B2B, financial services, technology or digital assets.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Canva, Figma and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of email marketing and scheduling platforms.
- French language, useful rather than essential given the Paris base.
What success looks like
- Every sponsor marketing obligation is tracked, delivered and evidenced, with no contractual commitment missed.
- Sponsors experience a single, responsive point of contact who makes their deliverables easy to fulfil.
- Announcements go out on time, on brand and error‑free, and support the wider Signal Week narrative.
A note on brand voice

Candidates who can write cleanly within a defined brand system will be well suited to this role.

- Full access to a premium AI toolset, with the budget to keep adding to it
