Signal Week is seeking a proactive Marketing Relations role in Paris to manage sponsor communications and announcements across social channels and email. You will translate sponsor contracts into actionable plans, liaise with sponsors, and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with brand voice.

You will operate between client-facing account management and hands-on content execution, writing and scheduling live announcements while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Must-have client-facing and account management skills, comfortable owning relationships and marketing conversations one to one.
• Solid social media knowledge across LinkedIn and X, with professional/institutional writing.
• Confidence reading contracts and turning commitments into structured, trackable actions.
• Excellent written English with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret sponsor and partner contracts, extracting commitments into a single tracker.
• Build and maintain a sponsor obligations tracker mapping commitments to channel, format, owner and deadline.
• Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for sponsors, guiding them on due content, timing and format.
• Collect, review and quality-check sponsor assets (logos, copy, artwork, links) against brand specs.
• Flag risks early and update internal stakeholders on delivery status.
• Reconcile delivered content against promises at milestones and before the event.
