Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Contract Specialist (COM) dedicated to sponsor projects in Paris. You will manage country budgets, negotiate CTAs, and oversee payments while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations.

The role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders to align timelines and milestones. The ideal candidate has strong budget/contract negotiation skills, experience in clinical research, and fluency in English and local language.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Life Science or equivalent health-care related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written influencing and training/mentoring skills in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of country and site budgets and development, negotiation of Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA).
• Oversees payments and financial forecasting in conjunction with senior roles.
• Coordinate with CRM/CTC/CRA and legal to ensure country deliverables and local milestones.
• Provide oversight to local vendors and maintain local financial compliance.
