Jobtailor is recruiting a QA/Testing professional to lead client-side implementation projects in the card payments domain. You will work across scope, integration, testing and go-live, ensuring robust API validation and accurate payment flows.

Carry out functional/technical scoping, configure environments, and support SIT/UAT with Postman and simulators. Strong communication with stakeholders and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in QA, testing, validation, integration or consulting roles with a technical component.
• Experience in client-side implementation projects including testing, integration and validation.
• Knowledge of card payments domain and payment schemes (Visa, CB, Mastercard).
• Familiarity with API docs, REST, JSON/XML and integration patterns.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

• Act as the technical specialist across the different phases of implementation projects: scoping, integration, testing/acceptance and go‑live
• Participate in functional and technical scoping workshops to understand client processes and integration constraints
• Identify potential product enhancements with the Product team
• Guide clients in understanding the Estreem platform
• Collaborate with the Documentation team to improve the documentation site
• Prepare test environments, validate connectivity and configure the Estreem platform
• Help clients assemble datasets and validate their test cases
• Support execution of SIT and UAT campaigns using Postman and payment simulators
• Verify results, analyze discrepancies and support investigation of identified behaviors
• Handle client incidents: triage, reproduction, log and message flow analysis, documentation and resolution follow‑up
• Collaborate with Technology, Product and Customer Delivery Managers
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams
• Contribute to structuring the team, working methods and Professional Services offerings
• Continuously improve delivery practices based on feedback, incidents and best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent French (C2)
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
• 2–5 years’ experience in QA, testing and validation, integration, application support or consulting/IT services roles with a strong technical component
• Experience in client-side implementation projects, including testing, integration and functional/technical validation
• Experience in the card payments domain (issuance, acquiring, disputes/chargebacks) is highly valued
• Basic knowledge of payment schemes: Visa, CB (Carte Bancaire), Mastercard and Wero
• Understanding of authorization flows, settlement and the dispute/chargeback lifecycle
• Good understanding of application integration and API architectures
• Familiarity with SFTP, Swagger/OpenAPI, webhooks and file exchange protocols
• Ability to read and understand functional and technical specifications and API documentation
• Ability to analyze REST API exchanges and JSON and XML formats
• Knowledge of Postman and payment simulators is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Xray or equivalent is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a demanding client-facing environment
• Ability to structure work and report clearly
• Comfortable interacting with operational, technical and project management stakeholders
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
