Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to identify, formalize and optimize commercial risk management processes. You will translate complex requirements into clear specifications, assist the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, and help implement a risk management platform aligned with user journeys.

The role requires 4–7 years of BA/functional consulting experience, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and familiarity with Credit Management solutions.

Qualifications

4 to 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation management.
Good understanding of APIs and their integration within an application environment.
Skilled in UML and BPMN modeling methods.
Comfortable using generative AI tools to boost productivity and accelerate functional design.
Professional level of English, written and spoken, enabling you to draft specifications and communicate with stakeholders.
Authorized to work in France.
Prior experience with Credit Management solutions is a plus.

Authorized to work in France.
Prior experience or familiarity with Credit Management solutions (Intellimind, Esker, Sidetrade, Schumann or equivalent) is a plus.
