Jobtailor is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive ERP/SaaS project delivery in the financial sector. You will lead workshops, craft functional/integration specs, coordinate with Product and Technology, and guide testing and migrations to ensure successful client outcomes.

Fluent French and strong English, plus 6+ years in similar roles, are required. Expect collaboration with multiple teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment and active client advocacy throughout projects.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required.
Fluent French (C2) and professional English (B2–C1) are essential.
6+ years in consulting/ERP/SaaS implementations in financial/banking sectors.
Experience on client-side implementation projects including testing, integration and UAT.
Experience in card payments domain: issuance, acquiring or disputes/chargebacks.
Understanding of transaction lifecycles and payment schemes (Visa, CB, Mastercard, Wero).
Knowledge of authorization flows, settlement and dispute lifecycle.
Strong reading and challenge skills for functional/technical specs.
Familiarity with file-based flows and secure transfers (SFTP).
Postman experience for testing; ability to set up test environments.
Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, mentor juniors, and operate in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

Lead implementation projects as Implementation Lead.
Facilitate scoping workshops to understand client requirements.
Support clients in platform proficiency and guide Product/Tech teams.
Draft and own functional and integration specifications.
Coordinate technical topics with Technology teams and drive testing phases.
Oversee defect triage and issue resolution.
Serve as primary client contact and escalation point for complex matters.
Identify scope deviations and manage change requests.
Support data/transaction migrations and ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success.
Advocate for clients with Product/Technology teams and mentor consultants.

Lead implementation projects as the Implementation Lead
Facilitate functional and technical scoping workshops to understand client requirements
Support clients in building proficiency on the platform
Work with the Product team to prioritize and resolve functional gaps
Draft and own functional and integration specifications
Coordinate technical topics with Technology teams
Drive support for client test phases, including configuration, connectivity and test execution
Oversee defect triage and coordinate issue resolution
Act as the primary client contact and escalation point for sensitive functional matters
Identify deviations from the standard and scope change requests
Support data and transaction flow migrations
Ensure handover to Customer Success teams
Advocate for the client with Product and Technology teams
Coordinate projects with Customer Delivery Managers
Document best practices and develop delivery templates and guides
Continuously improve the operational efficiency of the Professional Services offering

Requirements

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Fluent French (C2)
Professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
More than 6 years’ experience in consulting, integration or implementation of ERP/SaaS projects in the financial or banking sector
Proven experience on client-side implementation projects, including testing, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Essential experience in at least one card payments domain: issuance, acquiring or disputes/chargebacks
Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle in at least one domain
Solid understanding of payment schemes: Visa, CB (Cartes Bancaires), Mastercard and Wero
Understanding of authorization flows, settlement and the dispute lifecycle
Good knowledge of REST APIs and JSON and XML formats
Ability to read and challenge functional and technical specifications
Understanding of file-based flows and secure transfer protocols, including SFTP
Familiarity with testing tools, in particular Postman
Experience setting up test environments and configuration
Ability to lead workshops, explain concepts, structure discussions and provide reassurance
Stakeholder management on complex accounts
Ability to clearly present risks and trade-offs with options
Ability to mentor and upskill junior consultants
Ability to operate in an Agile, fast-paced and highly transforming environment
